Meeting Expectations
Face Claim: Beth is tall and skinny, at 5'6 1/2 and only 108 lbs, she looks weak. But you'd be surprised. She is stronger than her brother, Aaron. She has long, light brown hair with natural blonde highlights. It pin straight and is about 2- 2 1/2 inches below her shoulder. She has wide blue eyes with little specks of green. She has good posture because her mother made her take ballet lessons for several years. She secretly enjoyed them, though she never let on that she did.
Beth and her twin brother, Aaron, look alot alike, but like all twins they have a few differneces. Beth's eyes are a litle brighter than Aaron's, and his hair is lighter brown with fewer highligts in it. She also has a small birth mark about an inch below her shoulder on her right arm. Her brother also slouches a bit, giving the illusion that she's taller than him, but really he's a little taller than her.
Take Me As I Am
Beth learnedat an early age that though it's wrong to fight, you have to fight for what you belive in, or else nothing will happen about it. She is very laid back and calm about most things. She keeps to herself mostly, unless it's something that involves her, she tries to mind her own business. She is very quiet, and doesn't like to be TOO loud. She gets annoyed and upset when people yell at her, for reason that she'd rather keep to herself.
Everyone Has A Past
Micheal Bennett was an artist trying to make his own way in London, England when he met Mary-Anne McDonell. He saw her sitting on a bench with her older sister and brother-in-law. Micheal was entranced. It was a while before he racked enough courage to confront her, and when he did, it was instant love. Many said that they would last forever. They were married a year and a half later. Two years later they welcomed two little children. Elizabeth Marie and Aaron Micheal, identical twins. Quickly their life began to fall into place. Micheal's paintings sold like never before, and Mary-Anne couldn't have been happier. They moved to a bigger house when the twins were three. People say that's when the marriage began to fall apart. The paintings were bringing in a steady amount of money, enough to get by on, atleast. With each passing month Mary-Anne beame more and more upset with the life she had. The twins were five, just about to start school. She went out one night, and didn't return for a few days. When she did, she was drunk. Micheal was out, selling paintings, and the twins were playing in the house. Beth never forgave her mother for what she did that night, and the next three years. Mary-Anne secretly beat her children, an yelled at them constantly. Micheal was never home, of course. Beth never understood why even though she beat them, Aaron still treated their mother as though none of it were happening. Beth spent much of her time outside so that she didn't have to deal with the pain. One time when Beth returned her mother was no where to be found, and when she went to her brother's room, she found him lying dead on the floor. He was beaten and bruised (not surprisingly) and he had a long cut across is back. Beth never forgot that image, Her dead brother lying on the floor. She was eight then. When she turned ten her mother was arrested, and her dad took her and moved to a big house in the coutry, away from the bombing that was going on. They have helped each other get over the death of Aaron. In doing so they've becom so much closer.
Example Post
Beth wondered around the house, like she had done many times. In the five years in this house her dad had become something of an antique collector. She loved it, going many places to lok at the different pieces of furniture that were being sold. There was one room she hadn't been infor a long time, so she climbed a flight of stairs and sighed. She reached the door, pausing for a moment. She pushed the heavy door open and lookd around. there were a few old desks in there, and a giant wardrobe. She opened the dor to see a bunch of winter coats and clothing. she climbed it, leaving the door open a little. she walked to the back, knowing what wuld be there. She was completely and utterly surprised to find that instead of a bock there was an autumn forest inside. She looked behind h and saw the open wardrobe door. She walked forward, pushng branches out of the way, grabbong one of the lighter coats from a coathanger. She looked around, amazed that something could be so colorful. it looked alot lie one f her dad's paintings. actually, it looked identical to one she had hanging in her room.
"It's so wonderful," She mumbled to herself. She walked around a bit, touchng trees and listening to sounds of the forest. She heard rustles, probably from animals. She walked between two bushes and umped when a voice came from behind her.
"Who are you? What do you want here?" a voiced boomed.
She turned quickly but saw no one ther. she looked around and saw on the ground a red fox. She opened her mouth to speak, but before she said anything the fox spoke again, "Answer, and quickly, I haven't got time for silly games!"
"I-I, Um," Beth Stammered. "I'm Elizabeth Bennett, and I'm not sure how i got here." She said in her usual quit tone. The fox nodded sharply before saying,
"Yes well, you relly must be getting back to where you came from. We don't need any more trouble here, thank you!" He snapped and bounded off.
'How rude!' though Beth, going back the way she came. 'Where am I, anyway?' Shee looked around again, and noticed it was quite a bit darker than a few moments ago. She eventuall found the wardrobe again, sighing sadly. 'Hope I get to come back.' she thought, walking out of thatwardrab and closing the door.
((Sorry it's so long, I just got a little caried away. I'm happy with it, though. ;D
